I have a Aimpoint with Larue Po-Boy special magnifier on my FAL right now. I like the set up, just not sure if I am doing the rifle justice with so little optic range and flexibility. I know the first question will be "what are you using it for" and how that will dictate the scope. I hunt with it and plink with it, that's my uses.
Of course I know a Trijicon would probably be the most ideal, I have one for one of my AR's and yes they are superb optics. However I am looking for a good medium range, optic with a fast reticle. Just looking for some thoughts, experience and current set ups that some are using that could help me make a more informed decision on staying with what I have or changing or heck just adding another scope to my collection for special purposes uses. |

check out the new Burris XTR 1.5-6
i've got one on pre-order. i just got word from Burris customer service that they anticipate shipping in the middle of june. my fingers are crossed. love the look of the 7.62 reticle.... i have high hopes for this optic. |
