I bought it new. This morning I had an email with the RMA and a note it would be repaired at no cost......YEE====HAW

Did the same for me when my three year old 552 didn't survive the ride from VA to KY for a match - the unit was stuck shooting low and right, and no amount of fiddling with it would get it to move its POI for more than one shot. At least they take care of you.

ETA: Turn-around time was less than 2 weeks, which was nice.

I just had a 511 repaired by them that i bought of the EE here, it would fade out in bright sun light, they fixed it free of charge even though it was out of warranty they do have great customer service, as i was checking the 511 i put my 512 next to it and noticed its not as bright as the 511 and when i took it out it seems to wash out also, i guess i will be contacting them for this one to

I still think the eotech is faster, but at the end of the day, they just dont hold up.  One or two good drops and the mirrors come unglued inside.

Double bummed out now. Got that sucker from UPS today and guess what it still has the swish.
Here is what I see in there. A swish oriented on a line from 2:00 to 7:00. I also noticed the outer circle is balloned(thicker) from 12:00 to 3:00 and from 6:00 to 9:00...
The two events seem to be related to the problem...........Any others had this?
It's on it's way back to Eotech..........

Are there any other Eotechs nearby that you can check? Several instances like yours have turned out to be astigmatism. If you check another Eoetch and see the same problem, try rotating the optic while looking through it. If the problem rotates w/the optic then it's the optic. If the problem stays the same while the optic is rotating then it's your eyes.
