This scope came on a gun I purchased a while ago. I finally looked it up but can't find much info. Is this original or a reproduction? How much is it worth. The glass is really clear, there is a little surface rust but it could probably be cleaned up. The rings are Weaver tip off if that matters.

Edit: It looks like that surface rust could be cleaned up really easy using some Rem-Oil (I don't know if there's really a difference, but the kind in the spray can seems to work better at removing rust for me than the bottled stuff), a terry-cloth rag and a little elbow grease. If you rub it with the grain of those lathe marks, it'll be like brand new. A couple of dings, but those just add character.
