| Lots of guys that shoot 3 gun matches mount small red dot sights offset on their handguards. Mounting one 90° offset on a quad rail isn't seen often. There are little adaptors that will attach to a quad rail and allow you to mount the sight at a 45° angle, which is much easier to shoot with. The 3 gun guys will more often use something like the JP modular handguard, which allows them to mount things at 45° without an adaptor. |
