I'm looking at picking up an Aimpoint Comp ML3. I am not going to use a night vision device, which is why I'm thinking the ML3. I do plan on doing late night shooting however in which my targets will be lit up by an external source of light (spot lights, etc.)
The Aimpoint website states that the Comp ML3 is for day use only. Does this mean that it will create glare under night conditions? Seems like to me if I were in night conditions, all I would see is the dot itself, but maybe not? I guess all I'm asking for is, what should I expect when I turn a Comp ML3 on at night? This will be my first Aimpoint. Thanks in advance!
