How far out will a NF NXS 3.5-15 x 50 F1 get out to reasonably on a AR-10 SASS? Is this a good scope for this rifle? Thanks

As far as the rifle will shoot accurately. 800-1000 yards depending on your selection of bullet.

Yes but any 20" barrel will go transsonic and lose accuracy before 1000 yards without careful bullet selection. People get to 1000 with 155 Scenar hand loads but most match ammo wont make 1000 accurately. 800 should be no problem.
