I picked this LMT BUIS off the EE last week and I noticed the top part of the BUIS is canted to the left. When I attempt to align it, it springs back to the left again. I figure this can't be good. Any suggestions on a fix?

Mine's the same.  A little against my OCD grain, but it is consistent at least.  Would also like to know a fix.

That's what A2 sights are designed to do. Normal.

Yours look normal to me, all A2 type rear sights either fixed, detachable carry handle, and the LMT BUIS are all the same way.

I have all those three rear sights and all are the same, they're designed that way.

Take a look at the first four pictures in this thread which also shown the sight to be canted to the left side.

As others have said, this is normal. There is nothing wrong with your sight.
