Does anyone find their optics losing dead center when they switch optics.

Im referring to removing the mounts from the rail, not taking the optic from the mount.

Nope, that is why I use LaRue mounts.  They never loose their zero.

After over 100 mounts and removals my Larue stay exactly the same unless you move to a new rail slot... that can shift several MOA in some cases... especially of you bridge the upper and front rail with your mount.

I was wondering the same thing. I have an ARMS mount with my 100 yard scope. I have a red dot that I'd like to use in the bog for pig hunting. It's a pain to get to the range lately. (Busy)

Oh, I have what I have and ain't spending anymore damn money in this inflated market! Damn gun grabbers!

I don't have any problems switching optics between my carbines because I use LaRue mounts on all my optics.

For each firearm I usually keep the changes in zero also rail positions on a notepad, after the switch and adustments it still holds zero every time.

My ADM mount returns to zero every time.

I have had good luck with American Defense as well.  I shot several 5 shot groups at 100 yds.  Removed the Recon Scout and optic after each group.  POI of impact never changed.  15 rds into a 1.5 inch group with a 16" YHM c lined barrel and a 4.5x14 Burris scope.  I don't have any LT mounts yet, but their reputation here is great.  I got a good deal on the ADM so I gave it a try and have been very pleased.  Hope this helps.

I have a LaRue LT-104 on my Rock River that I take on and off constantly with no change in zero (as long as it goes back to he same slot).  Buy quality the first time...  Buy once, Cry once.

Cry once over spending $195 on a mount, as opposed to crying twice, once when your cheap mount doesn't hold zero, and once when you have to spend the money on quality anyway. It's expensive, but I hope it's worth it. I gotta LT-104 enroute for a new Mark AR scope that I'm putting on my 16" Stealth. I have no doubts that I'll be more than satisified.

pay out the ass and ball about it the first time because quality usually costs (LaRue stuff ain't cheap), But never ball again because your stuff failed at worst time possible.

No.
I only use Larue mounts.
