Can anyone tell me who manufactures the canted red dot mounts for Doctor/Trijicon/Fastfire etc?  I want to mount one to add CQB capabilities to my ACOG-equipped AR.  The mount I am referring to is one that mounts at approximately 30 degrees off center from the top rail.  I simple turn of the rifle allows for transition between the two different optics.  Thanks in advance for all of your help!

JP and DD, the JP keeps the sight centered along the axis of the barrel for hold over sighting.
