[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Acog serial numbers

Im looking on gunbroker/ebay at acogs and want to know if they have serial numbers? If i get the number from the seller will trijicon tell me if its for real and not some fake?
Thanks for any help, Im always nervous dealing on those sites due to fakes

yes they will tell you right away who the owner is 2 ser nos on acog jutr forward of eyepiece i did not buy one when i found out who oned it call.

Yes, as stated before. Two numbers are stamped on top and should match. One number is engraved on the left side. All have them.
