I searched.

Trijicon offers mounts for their RX-01 reflex sight called:

M16 handle mount

M16/AR15 top-of-handle mount

I don't know what the difference between an "M-16 handle" and an "AR-15 handle" is. Could I use the M-16 handle mount on my AR-15? I like the lower profile look of the M16 handle mount.

There is no difference.

You can use them both.

The first is a "gooseneck" type mount that will place the Reflex over the handguards.

The second will mount to the top of the carry handle.

There's no difference between the carry handles.

Thanks - that's what I thought. But Trijicon describes them both ways. Why? No good reason, I guess.
