I built a lightweight AR for my teenaged daughter for the holidays. I used an A2 upper and you guessed it, she wants a red dot. I am hoping you all have an idea or two and a few pictures to share.

I don't have the photos you're aksing for but I do have some advise. Look at the price of the A2optic mount and then look at the price of a stripped flat top upper.

I had a red dot mounted on my front rail in front of my carry handle on a cantilever mount until today. It put it in a similar position to the gooseneck carry handle mounts, and it worked out just fine.
