I'm sorry I couldn't find anything using the search function. Can anyone tell me if the ATN Day Scopes are good quality.
In particular, this one ATN 4-12x60LU Day http://www.atncorp.com/DayOptics/RifleScopes/ATN4-12x60LU I understand they make good night vision scopes, but I don't know anything about day scopes. Thanks |
| I was asking the same question. I got no replies and since I havent seen a single shred of info on this site pertaining to them, Im assuming they are no good. I wanted to get a 5x33 for a great deal. I somehow practiced some restraint and am holding out for something else. Good luck! |

Thanks, my father ordered one for hunting because of the recommendation from the gun shop that he uses. It sounds like he should cancel his order.
Are the scopes not as good as others in that price range (around $600) or are they just poor quality all together? |

For $600, you can easily get a Leupold. Super Sniper goes for far less, but they are fixed magnification.
Russians aren't known for their great optics 
Do a search for Leupold in EE, you'll find lots of Leupolds under $600. Because of their excellent warranty, I'd go out of my way to buy one used. |
