I did a search but couldn't find anything on this.

I have a Bushie carbine that I have added a ton of parts on.

One of them was a free float quadrail.

My front Troy BUIS is shifted too much to the left which is causing my rear GG&G BUIS to be way far to the right to the point where my POA/POI is affected.

Is it better to shim the front, rear, or both and what do you use?

Can you post some pictures?

My ISP FTP site has been down so I can't right now.

The front sight seems to be the issue since when I cowitness with my DMS1 it appears to be left of center.

To compensate I need to adjust the rear windage all the way to the right and it still shoots alittle left.

Seems like that would be treating the symptom and not the actual problem.

Is it the sight that is canted, or the rail? Which rail are you using?

Yeah I would like to not have the rear all the way to the right but for now it is my only option.

I took the Troy 10" rail off last night and remounted it.

The top rails were and still are inline with the receiver top rails so it doesn't look canted or even shifted at all.  The front sight tower also looks perpendicular.

The only thing I can think of is maybe the entire rail is slightly diagonal to the left but I need to go measure to verify.
