I noticed that Sig is offering a red dot optic and it sure looks like a Aimpoint T-1 to me.  Has anyone checked one of these out?

My 556 pistol came with one, I'm not impressed.  It's no Aimpoint, the glass is just OK.
It seems a little cheesy, chinese.  Definately not worth the $429 they're asking fot it.
