I would like a back up front sight for my Aimpoint Micro T-1 outfitted Steyr AUG-Z (A2)
My carbine looks like this one:

Does anyone produce really low sitting, weaver/picatinny based back-up front sights? All Ar15
BUIS give me a terribly high line of sight and cluster the Aimpoint completely.
Something along the Hk MP7 sights would be awesome! They are described here:

I think there will be be a demand for that soon, as the new Kel-Tec 7.62 carbine features a similar
rail without any iron sights and the AUG clones as well as the Robinson XCR do too.

The lowest AR BUIS that I know of is the KAC 300m BUIS, it is only 0.315" above the rail when folded.

Hahn Precision makes a similar to KAC BUIS except theirs have a M16A1 style windage adjustment knob and slightly higher and longer.
