[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Aimpoint micro throw lever

Aimpoint makes their own mini-throw lever mount for the micro - does anyone have a picture or two of this setup?
Is it reversible? Resilient enough? Does the knob opposite the lever stick out any?

You can mount it with the lever on either side:
