[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Which mini red dot?

I want an MRD atop my ACOG. Which should it be and why. The standard ARFCOM answer of "get both" doesn't apply too well in this case, does it?

Aimpoint micro ontop of an ACOG might be a bit unwieldy.

two of them are all plastic, and expensive

(J-point/Trijicon)

One is all metal with glass, and expensive

(Doctor)

and then there's the Burris which is all metal, with
glass optics, and is not expensive.

and then, yes ^^ there is the RDPII by Tacticalnightvision a little less than the Burris.
