I just recieved my T1 and I had a couple of questions for you guys that own one. Is it normal to see the diode in the lower right hand corner when viewing through the scope? It looks like a little 45 degree angle, and outside of the MOA difference how does the T1 compare to the M4? I was considering the M4 but I went with the T1 and it seems like it could be just as fast without as much bulk.

It is perfectly normal to see the diode housing and you won't notice it after awhile.  What I like about the T-1 is the weight, the lack of bulk, the fact that the illumination knob is better protected and less prone to being turned accidentally, and the fact that the windage/elevation dials can be turned using only the turret caps.  The only issue I have is that the rear lens is very close to the outside of the housing leaving it without any real protection.  The M4 is nice, but I think it's bigger than it needs to be and the T-1 suits my needs better.

Thanks for the feedback. I had the same concern about the lack of protection so I ordered the T1 with the Accucam with the flip up lens covers from GG&G. I will see how it works. I just hope it will come close to zero like a Larue mt..
