[ARCHIVED THREAD] - ARMS 40L Differences?

I have an ARMS 40L BUIS. Today I saw another one marked as 40L, but this one also had "40L .75 MOA" in white on the front upright, which mine does not have. It also has notches cut into the top of both aperatures.
What is the difference, or maybe just a different way of marking the same sight?
