I'm having trouble finding actual reticle pics of this sight.  If anyone has any pics of the reticle or experience with this particular sight, lets hear about it.

I have one of these, mounted it on a couple of different .22 pistols. Not very impressed. It is difficult to find the dot and many times I lose the reticle after a shot. I have to cycle the power switch or wait a while to get it back. I've had better luck with the Bushnell Holosight and the Hakko Panorama. The C-More is supposed to be excellent. I'd also look at the Burris Fastfire or XTreme Speeddot (I own this also, excellent).
