I have newer and older Eotechs. They work fine.

Mine is around four years old...

works fine, it's been rained on, snowed on, dropped, left on more times than I can count. Works flawlessly.

One of the earlier RevFs out of the gate. It's taken hits that I was sure would desyroy it but it just keeps soldiering on.

...and I like pie.

I also had an eotech for a little more than a year before I decided I wanted some magnification. Then I got an ACOG TA31-F.

BTW, how long have eotechs been around anyway? I'm pretty young and have only been a gunny for a few years now, so I wasn't in the loop when eotechs hit the market for the first time.
