I have a flat-top with the standard front sight (A1 I guess) I need an in-exspensive suggestion for a rear sight.

Whats inexpensive to you? DPMS has a rear flipup thats around $50.

Try brightfashlights look around his thread, think he had some MI's, front & rears, for $63/apiece.

GG&G it is very well made and has nice finger adjustments.
