| I've got an Aimpoint ML2. I've had it for about 2 years and I changed out the batteries when I bought it. I am up in Vermont and it seems like the dot is much weaker and is hard if not impossible to find when cold and easily washed out in the snow. It gets pretty cold up here so I was wondering if that is having an effect on it. Anyone else have any problems like this? I am going to change out the batteries when I get the chance to see if it makes a difference. |
| i dont have one but I've heard that because the snow reflects a lot of light you can get wash out so you have to crank your brightness up a bit, which could help drain a cheap battery that is already strained due to cold temps but I'm just speculating. If you have a good battery other than a little washout you shouldnt have any problems |
