I've posted this also in the Precision Rifle area, but thought here might get some responses also.  Anyway as my title says, I plan on using a RRA 20" AR for an F-class league and matches starting this year - (ranges from 3-600yrds).  I have been searching and reading for months trying to decide on a new scope.  My selection has narrowed to a Bushnell 3200 5-15X Mil-dot Tactical that SWFA sells for $329.  I know its not the best in the world, but my budget is limited and and the $300 figure is were I'd like to stay.  I have a 10X Super Sniper on a 308 (and love it), but I'd like a variable on my AR.  Does anyone have any experience good or bad as it relates to this scope?  The league starts in mid April, so I'd like to get something soon and have time to use it before then.  Based on features, cost, and reputation, I think this is the best bang for my $$$.

Mueller and Swift have gotten some pretty good reviews in that price range too.  SWFA sells them as does E. Arthur Brown& Co. in Alexandria MN.

Where are you going to compete in F Class?

I have used another Elite model, awesome clarity, short on elevation clicks for the very long shot crowd (not me). Check to see if the reticle stays or grows with magX; your dot calibrations may be variable.
