Looks like fiber optics above the eye piece, also appears to be far larger than the 4x32 ACOG...

I think that this is the new 6x48 acog that Grant Timblerlake on m4carbine.net said that is one of two or three new acogs that Trijicon will be releasing.

That is our new 6X48 ACOG that was designed for use on the M240B, M249 and 50 BMG caliber weapons.  It will be available in a few configurations, the 6X48 shown has the picatinny rail that will be used to mount the new RX30 Reflex (or similar optic).  The fiber optics will be similar to the Accupoint, the large rubber ring will rotate to change the amount of fiber exposed and will control the brightness of the reticle.  Reticles will be calibrated for 50 BMG and .308 w/bullet drop.

I figured it might be too big for the AR15  Maybe it can go on my HK91, M1A or FAL...

I was about to say... that's a little bulky for a personal weapon.

What's the eye relief on that thing?

Hey bullitt5172
What are the new reticles for the accupoints and when will the new accupoints be available? I was all set to buy a TR-21R, but I'm now going to wait for the new ones.

3 reticles-standard duplex, mil-dot and german #4, all with illuminated center dot.  don't know if only amber or red.  also, don't know if these will be for the tr-21.  only stuff i've seen thus far is for the tr20.

It's about 50% larger than the AR upper receiver on top of the counter!

It looks scaled just right for an M240B.

I saw two of them at the show. One marked for 50bmg and the other for .30 caliber. The new reflex sight is huge too.

Any pics of what the reticle will look like?

You can go ahead and ship one to Fort Wainwright, 1-5 IN, C company, care of LT Jones.  I'll do plenty of testing and let everyone know what I think.

Just tryin to help ya out...

I was really, really hoping it was a 1-4 or 1-6 (given the size) variable ACOG.

My ideal AR scope is an ACOG with:
Reticle: a red chevron reticle with mil dot reticle stadia to the sides and below.  .-.-. ^ .-.-.
Variable: true 1x to 4x (or 6x), with BAC
Illumination: I want fiber optic with a control knob like that, with an LED to illuminate the fiber optic for night vision powered by a AA or AAA rechargable.  No tritium needed.
Rail: 1913 rail on top for laser, or for a pop up M203 quadrant sight, or ...

At least they covered the ability to dial in the fiber optic.
