What height ring will allow a 30mm red dot sight to lower 1/3 co-witness with a flat top (F marked) front sight? Specifically, I am buying a Burris XTS 135 and plan do get an inexpensive 30mm red dot ring mount. Probably one with a thumb nut. Some manufacturers list the heights as low, med, high, etc; while others list the heights in inches from the flat top rail to the center of the ring - 1/2", 3/4", 1", etc. Thanks for any help. |
