aimpoint would be a ARMS 39 GOOSENECK

a regular scope then arms #2

Leupold makes a very nice, aluminum, see through (but only 3/4" tall), base that fits tight enough it "snaps" into the carry handle. With a real nicely knurled steel thumb nut.

All this for $20 - $25. A real bargin!

Oh yeah, it's a shorty about 4 1/8" long.
