NCSTAR = Northern Chinese Shit Teathered Against Rifles
I've owned one that wouldn't hold a zero on a .22lr, know two people that had their break within a month of purchase.

Save your money. That $20 or whatever you spend could be applied towards ammo.

Only use them on .22s and under. That's all I have to say.
