I just got an IOR 3x25 CQB and I love it, but the dang thing wont zero on my bushmaster flattop upper.  I made sure everthing is nice and clean, the scope mounts up nicely but with the windage pegged out all the way to the left its still shooting about 2 inches to the right?  Anybody have any ideas.  My buddy said his ACOG did the same in Iraq, but he just does not know what he did to fix it.   THanks.

I had the same problem with mine when I bought it.  I followed the instructions that came with the scope.  Here they are:

1) Place rifle on sandbags to ensure a stable platform.

2) Fire one round at sighting in target.

3) Make your adjustments in 1/2 or 1/4 MOA clicks as marked on knob.

4) After obtaining point of impact desired, loosen the two large outer screws on the elevation knob about 3/4 turn.  DO NOT TAKE SCREWS OUT AND DO NOT TOUCH SMALL CENTER SCREW.

5)With outer screw loose, grasp top knurled plate with thumb and forefinger to insure "0" position does not change.  With other hand turn knob to "0" mark.  You will hear clicks but point of impact will not change becauseyou are holding the plate into place.  The plate is the component that moves the reticle.  After making the adjustment tighten the 2 screws and take another 3 or 5 shots.  Observe your group.

Follow the same procedure to adjust for windage.  When finished make sure all screws are properly tightened.

If you run out of windage or elevation adjustment:  Loosen the two screws, hold the knob cylinder in place and rotate the top knurled plate to make coarse reticle adjustment.  The plate rotation will be smooth with no clicks.  Retighten the screws and shoot another group.  Once on paper, make the fine adjustments and re-zero knobs following steps 3,4, and 5.

A lot can be learned from reading instructions.Rob

Well...mr smarty pants I bought it on the EE here, and it did not come with the papers.  So I did get ahold of the seller, and we fixed it.  Thank you for the info though.
