I saw one at a local gun shop for $370.

Tell me about this sight. Is it like the Trijicon Reflex? Should I buy a reflex or spend the same money on an EOTech?

What's your opinion, optics board?

My buddy has one, and it's exactly the same as the Trijicon Reflex.  It's just bigger that's all.   I personally don't like them, and prefer Aimpoints instead.   I've never tried an EOTech so I can't comment on that.

I've owned/used the Trijicon Reflex, Tripower, Meprolight Mepor-21 Reflex, Aimpoint & Eotech. Biggest problems I had w/the Trijicon & Meprolight were the reticles washing out under certain lighting conditions and (the biggie) discovering the hard way that impacts to the unit were directly absorbed by the windage/elevation adjustment mechanisms leading to stripping. The Trijicon Tripower (better than either of the Reflexes, IMHO) doesn't suffer from that particular problem. I'd take the Eotech over either of the basic Reflex sights and prefer the Aimpoint over the Eotech (YMMV).
HTH...

Costs more, but sucks just as much as the Trijicon reflex.

The washout and fogging issues cancel out any benefits of battery-free operation.
