I just bought an acog tao1 off of flea bay good price in the buy it now colum so I jump on it,
now i'm wondering if maybe it could be a fake what should I look for? any help would be great!

I ask him to send me all the numbers and writing that are stamped in the side plus whatever is on the box I have not heard back from him yet, but the add looks legit but I don't want to take any chances !

he didn't know much about it which kind of worries me only that he bought a while back and put it on a bushmaster shot it once e.t.c. I dont know if he is playing dumb or what but I need your help!

Give us a link to that auction so we can see what you got.

If it is priced way too low like in the $200-$300 then most likely it is an Airsoft copy.

I paid 590.00 for it shipped but he called it a 4x36 maybe a typo I don't know I would paste a link but I don't want his and my personal information on the net ! he does have great feed back score but has yet to give me any details on the scope ?

Looked it up on Fleabay, looks like the one my buddy has...

The clue is the actual tritium lighted reticle, but you have to wait until you get it to check that.

I've seen facog's selling for 125 lately, but they don't have lit reticles.
