I did a quick search and didn't find much on this topic, thought id start a new one. I just recently got my AR (bushmaster 20 inch A3), and went to the range to have some fun, i was attempting to site it in at the 50 yard range and noticed i had to raise the front sight post up more than id like to have. Its almost sticking up past the protective blades. I was reading that because of the removable carry handle that it will be sitting a bit higher than an a2 for example. Is this correct? Also can someone recommend a thinner post for me? It was okay for 50 yard shots but when i went to the 100 yard range it almost filled up my target completely... hanks |
