I'm building my first AR15, and while I plan to mount optics in the future, I figure I should just get a detachable carrying handle for now. My question is, what is the best carrying handle? Are they all the same? Asthetic differences? Etc.. Thanks, -REad |

Go with colt/stag/bushmaster/rockriver... They are all pretty much the same except for the forge code on the side... I think the ones from rockriver may also have their logo on them. Bushmaster carry handles are a little lower then the rest, because they don't build their rifles with F-marked FSBs. You should be able to find them for about $70-$90 on the EE. You'll pay a little more if you buy from a online vendor. Just stay away from the real cheap stuff.... |
