I have the following builds almost ready... * BUIS listed rear to front *Optic listed with mount or left open - M16A1 - buis - standard optic - carry handle 3x or 4x scope (Colt if price is right, Hakko otherwise) HERE is where I need suggestions, please.............. "Recon"ish buis - KAC 300/ PRI Front Flip up/gasblock combo optic - armalite mount/??????scope?????????/ SAM-rish buis - KAC 600/GG&G Front flip up/ gasblock combo optic - Larue 1.5 mount/ ???????scope?????????????? 458SOCOM buis - KAC 300?/ gas block with YHm flip up gas block mount?? optic - Armalite mount/??????scope???????? winchester M70 243wssm -??????scope???????? ruger 10/22 with 20" sporter barrel -??????scope???????? ruger 10/22 with 16" bull barrel -??????scope???????? I was thinking -2-7x32 ish for the recon (300yds max, general target, hunting range) -4-16x 44/50 for the SAM-R (target,/hunting, 600yds) 1-4/1-3 for the 458 (0-200 hunting) -3-10/4-12x44ishfor 243wssm (0-500 hunting) and the 10/22s -sporter-2-7 -16"- 1-4/1-3 Do these scope ranges sound about right for the capablilities of the rifles?, |
