So, I'm in need of a fairly "cheap" reflex / red dot sight for my 18" SPR rifle. I'm going to use the rifle and sight for competitions (3 gun, 2 man teams, etc.). I don't want to spend money on an EoTech, Aimpoint, etc. so looking at $50-$100.- price range. The rifle has a scope as the main optic (Leupold 4-16), and the reflex / red dot sight is going on a canted mount (a'la JP competition rifles). What optic would you recommend? I'm looking to buy from the industry partner here. Thanks! |

S.P.O.T. Mark III red dot sight with cantilever scope mount included are around $149. CSgunworks.com link You could also take a look at Hakko TacPoint for less cost about $100 more or less. My TacPoint is still working after a few years of light use but it probably wont last as long as the S.P.O.T. sight. TACPOINT FAQ tacked thread link |
