So I see PVS-14s mounted with EoTechs quite a bit, but do they also work with Aimpoints? Is it a drop-in solution, or is there jacking around to do to make it work?

Those EO and AP NV shot comparisons are a bit misleading from these folk...When looking thorugh an AP, you do have some body housing obstruction versus using a EO, but the image is not ALL black like depicted. These folk it seems have cropped out the outer image of the AP.  The might have gotten an all black surrounding image by pinning the NOD directly up to the back of the AP.  This serves no purpose....

Also, most mounts will work just fine between an AP, EO and an NVD. There is usually no co-witnessing issues with most mounts.

AP with a PVS-14...Please note the camera see's MUCH more of this apparent obstruction than your real eyes!  When looking with ones owns eye's, I hardly see this much obstruction and see ouside of the black ring.  The camera shot really depneds on what the distance is between the AP and the NOD.
