has anyone tried the stoney point target knobs??  apparently, you thread them on in place of your dust covers and they function by a tip inside engaging with the coin slot in your non-target style turrets.  any info would be appreciatedherewww.stoneypoint.com/target_knobs_index.html

They are kinda pricey.  Money is well spent purchasing a better scope.

I looked at them many times and could not justify the purchase.

I agree with wildearp that getting a scope with them built in or having your scope upgraded by the manufacturer is probably a better suggestion.
But, I've had a set I got in a trade on a Leupold Vari X 4.5-14X50 on my Varminter upper for years, and I have no complaints.

They work very well, haven't wore out, haven't rattled loose, and the clear caps to protect them and their settings are a pretty good idea (if you don't lose them).

And on my scope, a Leupold, the settings are accurate, but I heard of others that weren't.
