What BUIS should I go with, and why?

ARMS #40L SP: Quick spring loaded Deployment, Small Aperture is Ready First. Windage Button is on the left side. The Small aperture can be removed if you want.

or

Troy/SKD BUIS: Easy to Deploy, Locks up TIGHT (Rock Solid), closes with a Button and the Large Aperture is ready first. The SKD Model is adjusted with the Tip of a Bullet and is located on the right side.

Both are great but the Troy would be better for SHTF.

TROY BUIS

I replaced my Knight's Armament 300m BUIS with Troy because it's a more heavy duty design.

If you prefer a fixed BUIS take a look at LaRue.

Doh!  Where'd you buy the tan sight from.  Can't find them anywhere!

+1 on troy ... if price is a concern go with ARMS. but the troy will outlast anything you can subject them to.

I got my Troy FDE (Flat Dark Earth) BUIS from Denny's GUNS/ GTS (click their link on top of the page) link below.

Do you want the SKD Model? It's More Secure so the Windage Zero doesn't move.

If you look at the Bottom of the Windage Wheel, there is a Detent that keeps the windage from moving.

SKD RA1 Sight

Nathan

ETA: SKD has the DE Versions available.
