My AR doesn't have a front sight. Is the front sight needed with an Aimpoint?? If so whats a good option...I'm going to buy an Aimpoint to replace the POS red dot that came with my gun...

Only if you want to co-witness with a rear iron sight or BUIS.  But no, a front sight alone has nothing to do with the Aimpoint zero.

like said above you do not need a front sight for an aimpoint to work properly, you only need a front sight if you want to have back up iron sight in which case you would also need a rear iron sight.

to stack more wood on the fire...

you don't need iron sights with an Aimpoint.

I do however suggest that you invest in some back up sights, just in case you experince a failure.

And because a combat-style weapon without irons is just...wrong.

IMO you should learn to shoot with iron sights first.  Also I still don't get this noob stuff, its newbie.  That comment doesn't just go to you it goes to all who say noob.
