EOtech clearance at Botac.com > Optics, Mounts, and Sights

Botach has the EOtech 552 for $370 shipped right now. I've bought a slew of Glock mags from them over the past year, but never anything this expensive. I've never had a bad experience with Botach, but I've read some horror stories about them here and there. Should I roll the dice and order one? Has anyone else bought an Eotech from Botach lately? Thanks for your time!

UPS delivered my Eotech and Glock mags today. I got everything I ordered.

I saw this too. I wouldn't take a risk that big with them. They are SHADY!!! IMO, you should pay a few more bucks to a trusted vendor and avoid the hassle.

About two months ago they had the same sale but the 552 was only $350, the 511 was $279, and the 553 was $499.

Most of the time I've been good!

Once when I ordered 20 round AR mags, I got 10mm glock mags!

I just resold them on the site!

I purchased the Samco m44 handguard and got a YHM free floating handguard from them. So it can't be bad all the time.

The latest revision is F and the marking is at the left side rear corner, a very small letter.

I also bought some items from Botac and don't have any problems but mine are just small orders, I would not buy any high cost item from them because of their low ratings around here.

I just placed my order. If they jerk me around, my CC company will take care of me. I'll post an update once I receive my order. I've never had any problems with Botach before, hopefully this will be no different.

I've had fairly good luck with Botac over 4 years and 8-10 orders
Once my order was delayed about 5 weeks, but they threw in a free knife sharpener to make up for it (I had ordered a few knives).

I live in SoCal, so when I want to get something from Botach, I physically go to the store. (According to the sign on the door, only military and LE people are allowed to do walk-in shopping there though.) It's in South Central LA, so I don't loiter around the area much. The people who work there seem like decent folks, at least in person. The inside of the place looks like a small warehouse with shelves full up to the ceiling of bins of various equipment. I got an EOTech 552 from them a while back, and the price was pretty good, and it was the price advertised on the website.

Wow, that is amazingly bad. I only had one problem with them not shipping an item I purchased. I just called them up and they shipped it right away. Sounds like they need to shape up their act a little and get organized.

I have purchased from Botach before and had no problems. Their Specials on the EOTech's are pretty good, but the best deals I have seen for the EOTechs are at GG&G. You can get an EOTech 552 with ACCUCAM for $439.00.
