What is the difference between these two aimpoints.  Is the Eotech parralax free like the aimpoint?

The M3 is the military version, and is compatible with night-vision equipment. The ML3 is the civvie version, and as such is not designed to be NV compatible. Yes, the Eotechs are parallax free.

According to the Aimpoint web site both are used for military / law enforcement applications.

Comp M3 has NV and Comp ML3 is low light / daytime with no NV capability, also according to Aimpoint's web site.

I have an ML2 and first 3 or 4 settings are too dim to see in a fairly dark room, what the heck are they for?  A closet on a moonless night?
