I know all of you will gasp in horror and disbelief because I currently have my SuperSniper mounted on my 7.62x39mm upper with weaver rings.  Which is part of the reason I'm posting this, but if they work I'm really not worried about it being the best possible tactical setup.  I never plan on shooting this gun with iron sights, so I don't need to be able to quickly remove the scope.

The way I have mounted now it is akward to get my eye far enough away from the scope.  I need to move the scope forward but I'm as far forward as I can go.

What options do I have?? Thanks!

EDIT: I have two A.R.M.S. 22L quick release rings for this scope if those can be used in any way.

My preferred scope mount for the AR is a set of ARMS #22L rings and a GG&G GS-1 rail.  It will give you all the eye relief you need.

It will look like this:

You can get it here:

Or you can buy a Larue mount.

Do you think that set up will get the scope up off the rifle high enough for me?  I really like the hight it's at now.  I guess I need the GS-1 rail either way.  I'll order one up and try it with the 22L Rings.  If that doesn't work I might get another set of fixed Med hight rings.  Unless somebody has a set of Med hight ARMS rings they want to get rid of cheap
