well i have both sights sitting here so i figure why not compare the two.... they seem identical, from box to the sight itself.

Eotech manufactures the scopes for Bushnell. The Eotech line is intended for LE and Military while the Bushnell line is for the average shooter or hunter. EOT has the metal "hat" on all their scopes, upgraded buttons as well as NV models.
