Greetings I have been running my Aimpoint lens covers with covers in the down position laying either on the receiver or the top of the forearm. I find that the front lens cover - the one which lays on the top of the forearm; will sometimes interfer with my support hand grip, since I dont want to position the lens covers so that they flip up as it will decrease my peripheral vision I was thinking of taking the lens covers off completely. My questions are: 1. Do they come off? - I can twist them around but have not tried to pry them off. 2. Alternative cover that I could slip off prior to deploying the weapon? Maybe a big elatic band/strap thingy. Thanks Chris |
