What would make my EOTech's zero move to high and right each time I went to the range? It has done this three times to me now.

TIA,

Have you removed it and then re-installed it?
Are you using the same ammo?
How much is the zero changing and at what distance?
What are the conditions at the range (ie. wind, temp etc...)
Are you shooting freehand or off bags?

Most probably it is the loose nut behind the trigger.

I had the same problem with my red dot on my Mini 14.

I think its because I packed it in a case with foam that shoved it off-center.
