Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Will this work with my AR?

I found a good deal on an Eotech model 520... I'm pretty sure that this is the archery model, but the seller says that it will mount on a flat-top A4 just like any other Eotech.  Is he telling the truth, or am I gonna buy this thing only to find out that I can't use it on my AR?  Thanks in advance
