I originally thought a one-piece mount would work best but after some research I want something like this.
Except the rings need to mount to a weaver/picatinny rail.
Does anybody already offer these in a permanent mounting configuration (no quick detach or knobs)?

True. This will be a permanent mounting solution so I don't need large knobs or levers.

Just to be clear when I say 'permanent' mounting solution, I mean something like this:

You might be able to simply take the "large" knob off and replace them with button head allen bolts the correct size.
