With the Larue mount, you will have no problems getting a Troy BUIS under the scope. From the pictures it looks like the gas block has the rail at the proper height as well. To find out you could remove the scope, place a straight-edge on top of the tube so it over hangs front and rear and measure the distance of the gap on both sides. You can see from the picture that there is plenty of room for the rear BUIS under the scope.
