Wanted to know if anyone has used the USNV-18 com-spec compared to the PVS-14. I know you get what you pay for. I want to get the PVS-14 and just read about the USNV-18. They would not let me walk out the gate with my PVS-14 when I got out. I just don't unserstand why they are not xb3 items and you haft to turn them back in................. So if anyone has hands on info you can provide me. Thanks have a good one.
